Laurie A. Santos, "The Extreme Dream Coach," founder of Coaching in Motion and Inspiration Publications is a Certified Professional Coach, motivational speaker, and published author. She has gone from chasing criminals as a federal officer and liaison to federal judges to chasing true passions and leading the way for others who have an extreme dream! She has a Master of Administration of Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and is a Certified Coach who attended two prestigious schools of Coaching: The Coaches Training Institute and The Coaches Training Alliance. "The Extreme Dream Coach" has been studying Human Behavior, complex personalities, addictions, criminal offending and personality disorders for the past 10 years and supervised the most dangerous and cunning of criminals.

Working with the criminal population helped Laurie see the obstacles that individuals put in their own way as well as the stories they create and stick to that prevent them from having the lives they truly desire. With her direct, candid, and humorous approach, she coached many offenders into leading law-abiding and successful lives. Finally, she decided to leave this work and Coaching behind, in an effort to explore her own extreme dream of moving to Spain and Portugal  to volunteer in a small government-owned radio station where she wrote and recorded "tag" lines and commercials in Spanish.

Upon her return to the U.S. just three months ago, she opened up shop again by coaching full-time as well as conducting seminars on how to deliberately create and live out extreme dreams. For the past six years, "The Extreme Dream Coach" has inspired an array of folks such as executives, salespeople, animators, artists, and vocalists  to get out of their own way, face the fear, and live according to their heart's desires. Her unique combination of applying Life Coaching techniques, Byron Katie’s “The Work," along with the Universal Laws (Law of Attraction) makes her a coach like no other!

Laurie's motto is “Seeing the Dream is Achieving the Dream.” She is on a mission through her presentations, workshop and one-on-one coaching to show people how once they visualize their extreme dream and allow it take flight, their new magical world of possibility will lead them to jumpstarting a more enlightened and delicious life!
