Rossana Miletta

Rossana Miletta is a Small Business Consultant lending her expertise in the areas of networking, communications skills, and presentation skills.  She also works with medium and large companies helping them to achieve their learning goals by designing customized training programs that target performance improvement. 

She has designed and delivered training for the Foothill Employment and Training Connection, the City of Pasadena, as well as private businesses.  Although she has her own business, she also enjoys collaborating with other trainers and coaches, working with them to support their clients.

Do you sometimes feel like you haven’t quite connected as well as you would like to during an important conversation?  Come to the communications class to learn how the way we deliver and receive information is altered by our perception of the world. We’ll discuss how filtering information through our “historical” lens plays a role in our communication and work style.  We’ll review how to adapt to each other's styles to convey information in the most effective, respectful and persuasive way.
