Speaker Sophia Brooks

 A respected professional, Sophia has held international management positions in two global Fortune 500 Corporations serving as Manager of Training & Development and Director of Employee Benefits Worldwide. She has presented training programs and strategic initiatives to international audiences.
 
 Sophia has developed and administered comprehensive organizational assessments. Administered and interpreted organizational results using a host of standardized assessment instrument.
 
 She led organizational analysis, development, and implementation of high performance and cross-functional teams for a workforce of 6000 employees.
 
 Sophia completed her undergrad work at Maryville University St. Louis, MO. Studied the Spanish Culture in Mexico; at Universidad Autonoma Del Estado De Morelos. She remains part-time faculty with St. Louis Community College and Riverside Community College.
 
 Awards and recognitions including the prestigious ”Creating the Future” and most recently Southern California Business Press “Inland Empire Leaders of Distinction”.
 
 As a member of Consulting Psychology Press, American Society of Training & Development, and For You Network, Sophia volunteers her time as a Public Speaker and Educator.
 
 Presently, Sophia leads Global Learning Partners Inc. a training company located in Corona, CA
 
 A mother, a community activist, and marathoner, she enjoys going to bookstores, riding her orange bike with her husband and eating chocolate.
