Meet Nancy Sidoruk

Nancy I. Sidoruk, Esq.

Nancy Sidoruk is an attorney with the Murrieta office of Epsten, Grinnell & Howell, APC, where she assists homeowners associations (HOAs) and property management firms with various legal matters. Through its main office in San Diego and additional office in Palm Desert, the firm's emphases also include construction defect litigation, employment law and civil litigation.

In addition to her legal background, Nancy has a decade of experience as a marketing professional in real estate and manufacturing companies. Today, from helping client associations resolve disputes and interpret legal documents in condominium projects, planned developments and business parks, to addressing groups of Inland Empire HOA managers and Board members regarding laws on association governance, Nancy brings the law, business savvy and a neighborly demeanor, to a vast audience.

Nancy also writes for general interest publications, such as Inland Empire Family Magazine, for which she regularly contributes to the Top 10 Heroes and Top 10 Students of the Inland Empire features. She has been honored as an Empowered Woman of Leadership, and was a 2007 nominee for FYN's Sphere of Influence award. She and her husband, Peter, a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap, enjoy golf and spending time together.
