 She is the Founder of Mission Of Beauty, a non-profit organization where she assist seniors, women and young ladies that have experienced some type of disaster in their lives that has lowered their self-esteem and self-worth. “Turning Ashes into Beauty”, Alina and a team of women from her Mary Kay Cosmetics business go in and do complete make-overs & pampering sessions, senior appreciation days, annual getaways, counseling, resource, job readiness and assist women with becoming business owners. Alina feels once a woman looks good on the outside, she can begin to feel more comfortable expressing what is going on, on the inside.
