The LA Business Journal, “Women Who Make A Difference Awards” is scheduled for May 2008  (exact date TBA). To nominate any women log onto

Last year For You Network had 86 nominees. Any nomination can be resubmitted and is considered until they receive an award. This event is great exposure and business happens all the time (just ask Sophia Brooks and Jaynie Jackson). 

April 19th 2008: 4th Annual Spring Fling/Fashion Show, Entertainment, Hat Contest, Live and Silent Auction at Kellogg West Conference Center, Cal Poly University, Pomona, CA
Buffet lunch, Vendor displays, Fashion show, Entertainment, and silent and live auction
Cost:  $40.00 for members or $70.00 for two
$50.00 for guests or $80.00 for two
Vendor tables will be $100.00 which includes 1 ticket.

Early Bird registration  for Vendor tables will continue till the booths are sold out. Early Bird booth costs are  $85.00 with 1/2 down due when reserved and the balance due January 1 2008. Booths will sell out fast so I suggest you register early to reserve your space.

How long has it been since you have been to a baseball game? 

Well,  I have  an opportunity for YOU and YOUR family, FRIENDS and CO-WORKERS to help a fundraiser and to join me, and Sue Lopez the Director of the Murrieta For You network as well as  other For You/NAFE members and their families for a fun evening with the 

Inland Empire 66ers Baseball Team This team is a DODGERS affiliate  team and many of their players over the years have gone on to play for  the LA Dodgers team.

The date Is May 13, 2008, which is a Tuesday night, Show Up time starts at 5:30 pm, the cost is $28.00 per person and look what you will get:

First off to network with some dynamic people,

All you can eat, for 90 minutes Hamburgers, Hotdogs, BBQ Chicken, Potato Salad, Beans, Chips and Chef's Choice Desert, Soda and Water. (We can also get Veggie burgers but I will need to know how many),

Reserved seat ticket.

We will be in the 3rd base covered picnic area with tables, and our  reserved seats are right in front with great view of the playing field.

The children  12 and under will get a wrist band to have access to the Kids Fun zone and will be able to see Bernie the 66ers mascot .

Plus we all get to watch a great game, that day. The 66ers  will be playing the Lake Elsinor Storms, We will be in the third base covered picnic area and as I said our seats are just in front of that area

This event is a Fund Raiser for Murrieta For You/NAFE Local Connection  and Santa Monica For You/NAFE Local Connection  as well as a portion will be given to For You Corp.

Children and adults are the same price because of all the Fun things the kids get to do.

I hope you will join me and Sue Lopez and others for a great night of Family Fun.  For You/NAFE  does lots of things , but this ball game and our upcoming Harvest festival are the first two family things that have been planned.  If this is a success we will make the Ball game night out an annual event.

Also,  we get the For You/NAFE  name on the Board in the field, and can throw out one of the balls for the game,  so that gives us For You/NAFE  some great visibility, but to make it work I need YOU to support the cause.

Event is open to members, guests, co-workers, families and friends.  We all owe it to ourselves to add some FUN into our lives so this will be a FUN event.

So put May 13th on your schedule it is a Tuesday night and it is also declared Women's Night for the game. (Men can show up to), Show Up time is 5:30 the address is Arrowhead Credit Union Park 280 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401 just north of the 1-10 off the 215 Fwy so is easy access no matter where you live.
